This poised and elegant 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Margaret River's leading wineries is beautifully expressive of the region and variety. Red and black currant fruit aromas are superbly integrated with fine-grained oak with a cedary lift adding detail. There is good fruit generosity on display for such a young wine matched by palate tension of fresh acidity and chalky tannins behind a long, balanced finish.
